I think you need more time. probably bus to MK and then boat to Ft. Wilderness. I would give it an hour and a half.

Have a car so thinking drive to ft then internal bus

not sure how much time to allow to drive from OKW to FW but would allow at least 1/2 hour from bus stop to bus stop. this allows for just missing bus and for stops at loops for campers. the boat from MK is a short walk from the dock so no need for the internal bus
