OKW through Interval and DME

We were able to get OKW through an Interval exchange. We'd like to use DME. Do I need to call to get info for this? Or am I considered a resort guest so I automatically get this in the mail? (Our trip is Jan 20 if it matters) Please help this first time DME customer.

Hi! We exchanged through II into VWL for January 07. I did my exchange and within a week had my II confirmation in hand. Your confirmation number is on the Confirmation Certificate to the right of your mailing information. There is a phone and fax number that you can use, but II gave me the Member Services phone number(I'll PM you if needed) as it is toll free. I was able to add my DDP(payment upon checkin), my room requests, and my DME information upon payment of the $95 resort fee via credit card. They are also able to place ADRs for your party. We stayed at OKW this last January and had a blast! HAVE FUN! HTH!
