OKW Studio Patio with view

Staying at OKW Studio in a few weeks time with DM. Having a nice balcony with a good view is important to us as we have several non-park days. Any suggestions for buildings? I have one studio in HH category and one studio not. Its not important that the studios are really near to each other (we will have a car) the space and view is much more important.

I cannot offer much help other than to say you will need a high floor room. Every first floor studio we've had at OKW had so much foliage around the balcony we could not enjoy sitting out there. One bedrooms do not seem to have this problem, but the studios do.

Thanks, I will definitely request a higher floor, mobility is not an issue but I had read about people not enjoying their patio/balconies so I wanted to ask the "experts"

Great information, Debbie. I just need to work out which "type" of building lends itself to the best views.

studios tend to be recessed as compared with one/two bedrooms...like on the end of a building. view generally is blocked on one side by the building.

Yes, that is it. With one side of the studio patio being the building and the other sides full of foliage, sitting on the balcony was not enjoyable.

We always ask for top floor, golf course view. Smile, I rather like the end of the building studios ...no people on one side cause the wall is there, very private...

We have never had good luck with views when in a studio. DD just came back and her view was of the road.
