OKW Room Request

Hello all,

Very excited about my first trip to OKW. I arrive early in the morning, should I wait until i get there to give my room request in person or take advantage of the online check in?

Online check-in is not for the purpose of making requests; they should be on your reservation.

If you wait until you arrive in person, and the resort is very busy, you might find yourself in a very remote room. OKW is a very large resort and not all buildings have elevators.

I suggest calling and having any room requests added to your reservation. You could also do requests if you do online check in. Waiting until you arrive is probably not going to work too well, since they usually start assigning rooms several days prior to your check in date. You may get lucky, but I wouldn't wait until you get there.

Remember that requests are not guaranteed, they are only requests.

you should call now and have your request added to your reservation.
On line check in is more for making the check in process faster.

Ditto; I noted the same thing. I would never suggest depending on putting requests on online check-in or hope the requests come up to choose. They are spotty at best and online check-in has never been for that purpose.

There was a Room Request area on the check in, I requested Miller Road. Thanks for all your help.
