Best Quick Service in EPCOT?

I am hoping to get a breakfast reservation at Akershus when my family visits EPCOT in July, which will use my table service meal for the day. So, I'm now looking into which quick service meal might be a good choice later that afternoon. I've heard the best things about Regal Eagle and La Cantina de San Angel, so those are currently the top candidates, but open to other suggestions.

We really enjoy Regal Eagle and also Connections Eatery.

Any of the country QS are good if you like their cuisine. Big fan of Katsura Grill as it’s tucked away and often quieter. Think Epcot possibly has the best QS options and I’ve never been disappointed with any of them.

The French Pattiserrie / Bakery in France . Amazing ham n cheese on French bread …
I also think the Creperie has a walk up window near Ratatouille attraction…

The Connections is also a good suggestion because it is one half Starbucks and the other side has quick service offering many different choices !

Connections has a good variety of options if you have a group that may want different things.

And its counterpart just a few steps away for wonderful ice cream treats. Terrific variety and yummy!!

Les Halles in France - basically everything is good, from sandwiches to pastries

Katsura Grill - I get the chicken cutlet curry every time. The other options are OK, but I don't really like hot ramen in Florida heat

Pizza al Taglio - also known as the pizza window, best pizza in the theme parks

It really depends on which cuisine you prefer. I like Regal Eagle and Connections for American, Crepes A Emporter and Les Halles for French. Lotus Blossom for Chinese, and Kringla Bakeri for Norway. Some people like the fish and chips in the UK, but I hate seafood so that’s a no go for me. I haven’t had any complaints about QS food at Epcot, other than sometimes it is not as hot as I would prefer (I like my hot food to be steaming hot, which is probably a liability for a theme park).

Epcot easily dominates for quick serve - there's such an abundance of variety and quality compared to the other parks because of the World Showcase diversity...plus some of the food booths from the various festivals are becoming nearly year-round installations, so even more options are often available.

Sunshine Seasons in the Land always has great fresh and healthy variety, Connections is pretty solid for pizzas, burgers and sandwiches, Festival Favorites can have some good selections depending on what they're offering when you're there. Even Odyssey during the various festivals has some solid options.

The World Showcase quick serves are almost all very good, assuming you like that ethnicity of food. Katsura, Creperie, Regal Eagle, Cantina de San Angel, and Lotus Blossom are my favorites. The Italy pizza window is good too, but for me I rarely want to sit outside in Florida eating a hot pizza, so much as I love pizza, I reserve it for indoors or nighttime,
