I've searched & read through many posts, but I cannot find out if they have changed any of the GV's in the renovations to two Q beds in BOTH extra bedrooms. I have never stayed there & I didn't look closely enought at the layout when I reserved & didn't realize that one bedroom has two Double beds. I know other GV's have at least queens in the bedrooms, so I was wondering if anyone knows if the renovations at OKW included changing out the beds? TIA. Deb

I never realized that before. I was so surprised that I looked it up myself on the member website. And it appears that at WDW that is the only GV with a secondary bedroom with double beds. Looking at the floorplan I don't think there is room for two queen beds. http://dvcnews.com/index.php/resorts/old-key-west/guest-room-inventory So I don't believe they will change it during a renovation.

According to the info listed with your link there is two queen beds in the second and third bedroom. :confused3

I've stayed in an OKW GV 3 times and only one bedroom has 2 queens, the other bedroom is too small for 2 queens, it has 2 doubles. There's one small night table in between and very little room to each side, so I would say no change!

I stayed in a renovated Grand Villa in building 43 in June. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and it is a very tiny and cramped room.
The bathroom in that bedroom is also ridiculously small. That's my only complaint about the Grand Villa @ OKW....otherwise it was WONDERFUL!

I also must agree that the 3rd bedroom has a ridiculously small bathroom! OKW rooms normally are quite spacious, but not in this case. We usually let the kids use this room! :)
