OKW Questions

I have a few questions about OKW. We are thinking about staying there for our anniversary next year in May.

1: Is there a hot tub at each of the quiet pools or just one at the main pool?

2: We looked at the map and wanted to request either building 45 or 46. If we were lucky enough to get our request, how far of a walk would it be to the HH from there? (We rent a car so it's really not a big deal if it's far.)

3: We are interested in a 1 bedroom villa and would need to rent points from a member to stay here. How hard is it to get a reservation here in May? Would it be advisable to book at the 11 month mark?

Yes, there is a hot tub at each of the neighborhood pool areas (Miller Road, South Point and Old Turtle Pond).

The walk from 45/46 area is about 500 yards. It generally takes about 10-15 minutes. You can also walk to the South Point bus stop and ride any bus to HH since that is the last stop before the bus leaves the resort (although you can walk from45/46 faster than taking a bus).

May is typically a slower time (with the possible exception of Memorial Day weekend) and availability is generally good. Certainly reserving 11 months ahead would not be an issue for a 1BR villa. You can also reserve directly thru CRO.
