OKW or VWL or BWV

I'm hoping to get to Disney in October. I'm crossing my fingers for reservations for the holiday week (10/6-10/12) Anybody got a feel for whether I should (could) go for BW? How 'bout my chances for a 2BR unit at VWL? They look a lot smaller than the 2BR unit at OKW, where we stayed last year and loved.

Depends, what unit do you want? Where is your home resort? Just make reservations at your home resort and then switch to whatever you can get at the seven month window.

Use of the eleven month window is very important, especially during low point or holiday periods.

Sounds like what you are asking is chances of getting any of the three with the seven month window. Probably fairly good at any of them, with your chances highest at OKW as it has a lot more rooms (and particularly a lot more 2 bedrooms). The rooms at VWL and BWV are the same size (about 1100 sg ft for the 2BR). The rooms at OKW are larger than those (about 1400 sg ft). We prefer BWV (rooms are quite large enough), particularly for its amenities, activities, and location.

I personally think you'll be disapointed with the size of the 2 bedroom units outside of OKW since that what you are used to.

please do not let the room size be the main reason for your selection...you are staying there 6 nights, not buying the place to live in for the rest of your life. If points are not a problem, I would give the VWL property a try...it is soooo wonderful. As stated, OKW will be most likely to have availability due to the sheer size of the resort. You can't go wrong with any of the properties.
