OKW near Hospitality House

I have a studio booked at OKW for July 31-August 5. I am an older adult with mobility issues. Unfortunately, a studio near Hospitality House was not available. I have waitlisted but I wonder if there is a disability division I could contact to explain my limitations. I will not have a car and fear that an upper floor and or remote location will not be feasible. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help.

You should contact MS and request a building with an elevator due to medical reasons. They are just as close to HH as many of the HH buildings. Also, the buses go thru out the resort so travel shouldn't be an issue so ground floor due to medical issues might also work.

You could also request a first floor villa close to a bus stop. Even some of the near HH area villas aren't right next to the bus stop.
