Ok so it looks like I'm stuck with the handicap studio I booked for the grands to come with us, but they had to cancel. I've tried to swap to a regular studio but no such luck. I really don't need this room type but it's fine.

I assume that I will be in the 1st floor, do those rooms have a patio or anything. Kid will most likely be asleep most nights by 9 so I would love to sit outside and relax.

2nd my only wish us to be near a laundry, he is working on pottying and while I plan on doing pull ups he may wasn't to use undies at times. Problem is he still makes puddles. This was not an option for online check in, anyone know what my chances are. We have a car so I am not worried about being close to the busses.

Yes, you will have a patio with a small table and two chairs.

There are laundry rooms at all the pools. They are free to use even though they have coin slots. Just push the coin holder in and it will work.

Yes, there are accessible studios near the laundry rooms. Check this map. The buildings outlined in red have HA villas:
