OKW Memorial Weekend Trip

Had a wonderful Memorial weekend trip to OKW. We checked into the resort at 9:00 p.m. on Friday night. Got one of our requests - a bath tub. Originally requested close to hospitality house and bath tub. We ended up in Southpoint because that's all that was left, but I loved it. It was quiet. With the new slide at the main pool, it's pretty busy up there. Sometimes it's better when you don't get what you want

We decided we might like to stay every May at OKW in a one bedroom. It really is a gorgeous property. I especially love the landscaping and palm trees. It just feels like Florida! Very pretty and light feeling.

We used Fastpass and rode "Soaring." We loved it. People actually clapped after the ride was over - it was that good.

Can't wait until our next trip at BCV over the 4th of July. Hopefully I don't miss OKW too much.

Glad to hear that you had such a nice time. We enjoyed a short stay at OKW last October, and that's something we want to repeat too!

You know, I wish I had thought of a 4th of July trip, I have the day off from work and it would have been possible, but no, we have to wait until August!
