Actually, this is an older version of the "OKW Coded Map." Here's a newer version which includes coding for the HH buldings.

Is it a far walk from buildings 24-27 to hospitality house?

If I recall, it is about a city block. It seems very close due to the scope of the resort. We were in building 28 and it was a nice short walk.
