OKW Lounge?

I don't want to sound like a party head but I was wondering if there is a lounge in the OKW resort. We used to stay at the Polynesian quite a bit before joining DVC. The main reason for choosing the Poly was the cool lounge which is located beside of O'Hana's.

There is Gurgling Suitcase. Not sure I'd call it a "lounge", but it does offer libations, and it is a cozy little "hole in the wall" type place. Patrons usually spill out onto the Turtle Crawl boardwalk.

You'll love the Suitcase because of the people and the atmosphere but Diane's right, it's noit very loungy.

Yes, people congregate outside, there are picnic tables outside to sit at, or you can sit at the near by pool.

Just a few high top tables inside, a few stools at the bar, but that's about it.

Does anyone know the hours of operation for Gurgling Suitcase during October?

I think the "Suitcase" closes at 11:00pm year-round.

1) The Gurgling Suitcase is the liquor dispensing station.
2) There is no lounge or bar-atmosphere spot at OKW.
3) As I remember
. . . the service-bar can seat 4 people
. . . the three high-tables can stand (or seat on stools) three people each
. . . there is picnic table seating for about eight on the sidewalk
4) It is uncomfortable enough that folks don't stick around to get sloshed.

I agree. the Suitcase is SMALL. Probably no larger than a bedroom in size.

We really enjoyed watching football at the "Gurgling Suitcase" in Jan. The bartender was from NJ and he and my husband talked about the "NY Giants" even though we were watching the Patriots. There were several fans watching the game and it was fun! It is very small though!
