OKW - Just 2 Floors???

Are there only 2 floors for the OKW buildings? If so, I am hoping when we check in I can request the top floor - I prefer it, always quieter with no one above you.

There are actually three floors.

There are 3 floors. Every time we've stayed on a lower floor we haven't noticed any noise above us, but I've read that the studios under Grand Villas can be noisy because of the hardwood floors in the GVs.

The buildings we've stayed in have either been entirely 2 floors or were 2 floors on the ends of the building and 3 floors in the center (I assume some of those 3-floor areas were the GVs). We always ask for top floor and have always been toward the end of the building, on the 2nd floor, with no one above us. These have been in Turtle Pond and Southpoint areas. Since we're carrying luggage up the stairs ourselves, 2nd floor is high enough!

Here is an OKW building summary - OKW Building Configuration Summary - with the layout for each building at the resort.

OKW has both 2 and 3 story buildings. The buildings with elevators (62,63,64) all have 3 floors but some without elevators do have 3 floors and others have 2 floors. There are nine buildings with 2 floors - all the rest have three.

I see in your signature that you have a 1 bedroom. There are very few 1 bedrooms on the third floors. Most are at the ends of the buildings, where there are only 2 floors.

We always request "top floor". Sometimes that gets us 3rd floor, usually second floor. About the golf course view-one of the nicest golf course views we had was from a r1 BR that the CM at check in said, apologetically, wasn't a golf course view, but a "garden" view. We used to always ask for a golf course view, but not any more.
