The Migs aren't refillable, housekeeping spreads bed bugs (without the appropriate tip) -- Parking is so bad, you have to HOPE the internal bus will transport you closer to your villa!!!!

As if the hikes across a unit, or getting lost on the balcony weren't enough, we have encountered another critical issue with OKW. We are having difficulty burning up our points!

We have a two-bedroom for four nights in December, and even thought it's amost 90 points for that stay, we are still going to have to bank points again next year! Those darn banking deadlines are driving me nuts!

(Okay, it's a putt, not a drive...)

We are considering cruising on points, just to use them up!

What a horrible situation you're in. All because of that awful, awful Old Key West. Since, I don't want you to have to deal with those points any more than you have to, I'll let you transfer them to my account. Sure you could bank them but, hen next year, you'd still have to deal with them. Sure you could use them to cruise but, what happens if you have to cancel?
I'm just a sweet, friendly, purely altruistic individual.... I'm willing to make sacrifices for my DVC family.

Well after reading all this, I'm sorry I just purchased 300 points at OKW (not). Since the paperwork hasn't been completed yet, I wonder if I can stop it. If not, I'll just have to put up with the long walks across the living room, the alligators, the snow, the palmetto bugs, cockroaches (singing Heigh-Ho), and poisonous snakes, the large patios, the parking situation, etc.

At least, since it's a retirement community, there won't be any loud parties going on. Now if something can be done about the fireworks.

Rich is having a jolly time haunting people over at the OKW retirement home, waiting for others to join him. Pretty soon OKW will start getting that Haunted Mansion vibe. We'll be getting some bats along with the rats and palmetto bugs!

Of course, Rich doesn't bother me much since I always enjoyed his warped sense of humor. But for those that are afraid of antaganistic ghosts with a wicked sense of humor and strong personal beliefs - keep AWAY!!!!!!!!!

What about that horrible new pool slide. Who the heck wants to risk having fun on that thing? And all those steps to the top of the slide. What were they thinking? At least at the quiet pools I can hear the panthers/roaches/palmetto bugs/mice/alligators/lizards/bunnies/wild turkeys/and especially the rabid killer armadillos before they come to carry me away.

yes, but all the snoring will keep you up at night. And the time it takes to get on and off the bus. The only place I heard the driver say "watch your step, oops are you OK?".....five times in a row!!!

Yes, loud! Last time we were there, DH said he was kept awake all night by the singing frogs (honest!). Guess they were having a party.
