Room Only Payment

I have a room only reservation this fall. I seem to remember there being on option to begin paying down the balance prior to arriva. I’m not seeing this option being available anymore. Am I missing something.

I've book room only for years. I've never had the pay online option. I call when I wish to make a payment.

I haven’t been able to do it online. But I called & made a payment last summer with the automated system. I had called expecting to need to speak to a CM. During the phone tree part I was given an option to make a payment by entering my credit card info & didn’t need to speak to a CM.
