Do many people finance their DVC purchase? I would be curious to know the percentage of people who finance versus the percentage of people who do not.

Looking at the OCC site of the 92 Riviera deeds recorded last week 62 were financed (67%)

Not sure but I am friendly with five people who purchased dvc...3 of the 5 financed. Not sure how that correlates when extrapolated out
