OKW how do you get to the pools from a building a distance away

Hi: Looking at the map of okw pools it looks like a huge resort. I am just wondering if you are in a remote building how do you get to the main pool? Can you drive if you have a car, is there parking? Do you take the resort buses? Never been but we are considering it for the quietness.

You can drive to the HH and there is a parking lot. It is usually pretty full near noon or so. However, we have always found somewhere to park.

There is a internal resort shuttle. I found it to be a pain though. I could have walked faster. We haven't been to OKW for a couple of years, but I know we did have the busses figured out.

I don't want to get it wrong, so I'll wait for someone who can remember for sure.

You can take any bus TO the main pool, it is the last stop before leaving the resort.

To return to your room, you can wait for the intenal bus OR walk across the bridge to the Peninsular Rd bus stop and take any bus, as it is the first stop on the route.

While the 3 local pools at OKW don't have a slide, they are very nice pools. each has a laundry room, sandy childrens play area, BBQ grills and hot tub.

BTW the lighthouse near the main pool has a small sauna inside.

Parking is extremely limited at the Hospitality House because of guests checking in and dining. It is also very limited at the villas close to HH, so please don't park in those spaces. It's always frustrating to come back from a park and not be able to find a parking place in the lot by your cluster of villas.

It's a nice casual walk to the HH from anywhere in the resort.
