OKW Grocery Order Form

Staying at OKW with family 8/9-8/16. Looking for most recent OKW Grocery Order Form with updated prices. Since the price of *everything* has gone up in the "real world", I have to assume Disney will follow! I am not a DVC member, so I am unable to access this info without help from fellow DIS'ers. Anyone out there with this info?

Thanks! The prices look the same as the copy I have from April, 2007, so I'll go ahead and use it. If they charge me more..oh well...who cares ...we'll be on vacation!!!!
