This is our experience completing our quit claim deeds for the 15 year OKW extension while at WDW.
Although it did take some effort to get things taken care of it definitely was advetageous for us to complete the declination documents while we were at OKW. We finally were able to arrange the signings after meeting with Quality Assurance on Thursday when we made our appointment to return today (Saturday) giving them ample time to get the paperwork prepared for us.
We arrived for our 3:00 PM appointment at the SSR sales center at 2:45 and a few minutes before 3:00 we were greeted by a Quality Assurance castmember who escorted us to a conference room. She took our photo ID's (drivers licenses in our case) to photocopy them. Shortly thereafter she returned with our documents and another QA castmember who would witness our signatures. By 3:25 we had all 11 of our contracts signed, witnessed and notarized and we were on our way. Both QA castmembers were very pleasant and professional and when I asked if they discouraged owners from doing their paperwork here she answered no.
All in all once we found that coordinating directly with QA was the only way to accomplish what we wanted it was quite simple and fast. I have a Product Understanding Acknowledgement and a copy of one of our Quit Claim Deeds that I'll try to scan and post when we get back home.
