We are staying at OKW in a couple of weeks and I'm considering making a room request. When we've stayed there before I remember the bus stop at the Hospitality house was last, they also drive almost right by it on the way into the resort.

I can't remember which are the first stops when returning to the resort. I'd like to be in a building close to the first stops but also close enough to walk to the Hospitality house if we wanted to avoid the bus scenic tour.

I found a map of the resort if that helps

My DH is a smoker so that also limits our room.

Thanks to everyone for your help :)

The first stop is normally Pennisular. When you enter the resort you keep going straight past the first stop sign and it is the first stop on that road on the right. We like staying in that area too since it is the first stop and it is a short walk to the Hospitality House. You need to request building 23-26 to be in that area. Building 25 is a smoking building and the other 3 are nonsmoking. This last trip we stayed in a pretty good location too. We were in building 48 which is right by the South Point stop which is normally the second (sometimes third) stop. It is a bit more of a walk to the HH though.

Yes, Penninsular Road is the first stop and close to Hospitality House. We like the second stop, South Point. It seems easy on the bus, and is quiet. We also like to have the second door into the bath room for guests, so the lower numbered buildings don't work for that.

they do on occasion stop first at the hospitality house. We just got back after staying in Bldg 13 (our first trip!) and could not figure out a pattern per se - maybe just random?

We usually got off on Peninsula and walked back across the bridge when the hospitality house was not the first stop.

The route goes....
Penninsular Road, South Point, Turtle Pond, Miller's Road, and Hospitality House. Sometimes some bus drivers will stop at HH on their way in when the bus is crowded and there are lots ob people for that stop.

Or, if it's the Downtown Disney bus, it also functions as an internal bus. It stops first at HH, then PR, then SP, then TP, then MR, then back to the HH.
