I don't have my AP with me here at work to check the WDW site...Is there a link around here somewhere w/the actual costs w/the discount?
I checked the DIS main info page, and it only had the codes and the dates but no costs.

How does this work with the dining plan? with the AP discount rate? We have ressies with DVC for cash and the DDP but using AP rate would save money but would we lose the DDP?

I got the AP rate for 2 weekend nights at SSR for $164/night. The total was $369 with tax for the weekend in a studio. I think the discount is about $100 off rack rates and more than the DVC cash discount. I don't know if that would work with the DDP though??

I believe you will only be eligible for the DVC DDP if you are staying at a DVC resort on points. Otherwise you have to use the regular DDP which is usually rack room rate + a minimum one day base park pass per person.

I think most of that period is during free DDP times, so you might want to research whether a) there is any availability for free DDP, and b) whether paying the rate and getting free DDP works out better for you.

Is there a list somewhere of what resorts are eligible for this, and what the cost is? I still can't find it.

Yep, I am thinking of sinning too. The Orlando Race for the Cure is on September 9th this year at WDW Wide world of Sports.

I am pretty sure I am there, and take my DD11 as well.

It is too much of a coincidence. . . the 9th is my birthday. I'll just make it easy for DH to give me a present this year.

You can get the DDP if you are staying with points OR cash, but ONLY if you book through MS.

Rooms booked with the AP discount through CRO, even at a DVC resort, are not eligible to partake in the Dining Plan.
