okw anyone been recently, do they have flowers blooming now

Seen many pics of old key west with beautiful flowers, are flowers blooming this time of year?

There were really beautiful pink and purple flowers blooming at Pop Century last week.

Thats good to know. Sitting here with the snow falling I am having flower withdrawal. We are heading down the last week of feb/first week of march, so hoping to see flowers.

Cottontail, we saw the most beatitful pink flowers at CBR one year the same week you'll be there. Every azelea bush was in full bloom and they line most of the walkways at the resort. Same at POR except the bushes are white. I'm not sure about OKW but I'm sure there will be an explosion of flowers there too! Definetely something to look forward to

Thanks, we will have to take a visit to the cbr on an off day. I love flowers. I should be coming during the epcot flower festival, but it would have been too hot for my daughter.

1) WDW always has blooming flowers.
2) They replant several times a year, to make sure the views are good.
3) The Horticulture Dept is a large group, and always working.

We were at OKW in February 05. The only flowers that I remember seeing specifically were the azaelas and the hibiscus. I do remember that flowers were plentiful. There is so much to see visually. The place is beautiful. You won't be dissapointed. My kids said it was the most beautiful resort they had ever been to, and they are teenagers.
