As far as I know, all of the Turtle Pond area is completed, and they are working on the South Point area, so it should be completed in a few weeks. I don't know what the next scheduled area will be.

If you request one on your reservation you might get one. It has been mentioned on here that some people have. I made a video of a refurbished one bedroom villa.

We go in September and staying in a 1bed villa, I haven't requested this on my reservation BUT considering i got an upgrade from POR i am happy anyway.

Thanks for the video, does the small chair turn into a bed or is it just the sofa?

Any idea how i can make a request before i go?

Yes the chair and sofa both turn into beds. Call the number you used when you made your reservation and ask them to put it on your reservation.

I am from the uk and booked a package holiday through virgin holidays. Would i contact them or the resort?

You need to call virgin holidays, the resort would not have access to your records.

No, the chair is added as part of the refurbishment. The original rooms had a chair and ottoman.
