We purchased DVC mugs at the Turtle Pond Pool snack bar, but the mugs are not refillable for free. You can refill them but are charged the price of the soft drink to do that. They do make a very nice souvenir though..
The refillable mugs is about the only thing that I miss staying at
DVC resorts instead of the normal resorts.
I am thinking that they have this option at VWL since the eating areas are shared. Does anyone know this for sure?
