Okw accessible studios

I just put in my requests for my upcoming trip. I was hoping for a ground floor studio in buildings 41 or 42 but the cast member said all ground floor studios are handicap accessible. Is that true? We need a bathtub to bath the kids so handicap accessible wont work for us. 2nd floor is a pain because of having to lug the strollers up the steps. Thanks in advance for your help.

There are different levels of accessibility (some are just grab bars and higher toilets. Maybe lower beds) and I'd be highly surprised if all of the studios on the ground level of those 2 buildings have roll in showers. Fully accessible with roll in showers are not the majority of accessible rooms. I'd make the request for ground level with a tub.
