On my reservation it says a dedicated 2 br villa. What is that?

You won't have a second exit out of the second bedroom. It cannot be locked off from the one bedroom portion to make a studio. No kitchenette in the second bedroom and you will get a second large closet where the door to the outside would be. Where the kitchen sink would be you will have a second bathroom sink outside the bathroom.

there is also no balcony on the second bedroom in a dedicated.
