OKW 2BR on 11/9?

I feel like I am sounding like a broken record. DH and I are taking his mom and great aunt with us in just a few weeks to WDW. They will both have ECV's and one will have oxygen and a sleep apnea machine.

We are checking in on 11/4 and checking out on 11/14. However, we are missing the night of 11/9. I have a 1BR booked at BCV for that night, but I am trying desperately to not have to move MIL and GA.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Make sure you are still on the waitlist - unless you call and ask to stay on it, you will be dropped at the 30 day mark.

If you are still waiting at 7 days, call at least once a day to check. All waitlists vanish at the 7 day mark.

Have you asked MS if you can get that night for cash? Might be worth paying cash if you sdon't have to move.

If you are still waiting, ask at check in - maybe the CMs can work some magic for you.

I have checked and I am still on the waitlist. And, they dont have it available for cash. However, I didnt think about seeing what *Magic* could be worked at check in ... at least that still gives me hope.

I hope you get what you want.

I would also ask to speak to a supervisor - sometimes the rooms are taken out on inventory for work to be done. but if it is minority and they know you have a medical reason not to move - maybe they can do something.
