OKW 2BR available

If there is a OKW 2 bedroom available for the time period I want on-line, does that mean I can book it with points for the same time period??? My problem is that I won't close excrow until end of June or early July an can't book until after then. I just checked and a 2 bedroom is available at OKW for the time I want. Am I naive to think that means I'll be able to book that same 2 bedroom with my points when I am able to???? Any help is appreciated.

what you see online is what CRO has.

what member service has is different sometimes.

at the 60 day time all the unused villa at all DVC resort are given to CRO to rent out. (this is good for members because the money once CRO takes it share goes to the general fund).

CRO also has all the villa that member used to trade to outside places. II kepts it own - but the others DVC must use cash to get. So they need to rent the DVC villa out through CRO.

plus the 5% that DVD Kepts to do maintence. If none is scheduled during that time then CRO can also rent this piece.

so it may or may not be available.

Send me a pm or email with your dates on it - remind me you want a 2-bedroom at OKW and I will call MS for you.

Even if I say no - MS has cancellation almost daily - so kept trying!!!
