And to make it clear for you guys, I am not lonely/friendless. I get a little lonely when I'm at home because my dogs don't say or do much but I honestly love being home by myself, having time for myself. I love the peace and quiet.

I still see my friends. Maybe not every day like I used to but that isn't such a bad thing. I see my friends from vball twice a week. I dont see my friends from school as much as I used to but I'm ok with that. I'll see em next year. I still keep in touch with them.....ie:text, calling, email. I just don't nessacarily(sp?) see them face to face.

I can't tell you how many times I've been asked, "Do you miss your friends?", "What about your social life?".............I have a perfectly fine social life. Just because someone is homeschooled, doesn't mean they don't have a life.

Oh, its fine. but I would never recommend homeschooling to a young child.

I agree. They need the socialization while they're young. At least one year I think. First grade would probally be the best year to start homeschooling I think. And as long as the child is involved in a sport/group, they'll be ok. But that's just me.

Ya Ya Ya, just because I'm gonna be homeschooled doesn't men I will have no social life, that could never happen because I'm so outgoing and weird LOL...

Shelby, I understand your problems with homeschooling, and I also think children need some time in school and around kids before they do homeschooling. But at 16, I have had PLENTY of that.

My dogs will be happy they get to see me everyday, too...

Anywho, I am really bored right now. I want my books to come in so I can hurry up and start it. I know you're probably like what? She Wants her books to come in? Ya I know.

Haha! I went through that too! In August when our books came, I was exctied! It was like Christmas. I got tons of boxes full of supplies! I think the box I liked best was the one with the computer in it!
