Okay people it's time to explain something

Allright on many threads people have said stuff like I am wierd and that I might have mental problems ect. > Well I am going to be nice about this because many people who believe I have mental problems don't really mean any harm they just don't understand things. I know for a fact that I am normal

If you stop and think about it people don't think I am wierd because of my hobbies they think I am wierd because my hobbies are different if you see what I mean. Lets go to a world where everyone wears yellow all the time and then one day someone wears green. People in that world might say stuff like that person is wierd because it's so wierd to wear green and I am curious does this person have mental problems. Now lets go a a world where everyone wears green and than one day someone wears yellow. People in that world might say stuff like that person is wierd because it's so wierd to wear yellow and I am curious does this person have mental problems.

Now what do you all think about the person who wears green when everyone else in his world was wearing yellow do you find him to be wierd just because he wears green ? Also what about the person who wears yellow when everyone else in his world was wearing green do you find him to be wierd ? What is so wierd about wearing green or yellow ?

Really there is nothing wierd about wearing green or yellow. You see the only reason why these people where looked upon as wierd is because they where different. They only reason why I am looked upon as wierd in this world is because I am different.

Lets say we go to another world where all the adult males sleep and play with there stuffed animals and have the same hobbies as me. Good chance that in that world I would not be looked upon as wierd. Now lets say one adult male goes to that world and this adult male is like most of the adult males in this world. Good chance that this adult male will be looked upon as wierd in that world.

Also think about this each and everyone of us is different. Do you think the world would be exciting if we where all the same ? So after I have said all this I want to ask you all what is wrong with being different ? If someone has hobbies that bring harm to no one what is wrong with that ?

If someone is not into Disney that is fine with me as long as they don't give me a hard time about Disney. Also if people are not into stuffed animals that is fine with me as long as they don't give me a hard time about the fact that I love stuffed animals. Also if people are really into football and watch football on tv all the time that is fine with me as long as they don't give me a hard time. I am not really a big fan of football but I am open-minded so I understand that there is nothing wrong with guys or girls who are really into football.

I don't make fun of people for their hobbies you see so why do people feel the need to make fun of my hobbies ?

Can't honestly say I have read any of your other threads or posts, but the title of this one caught my eye so I opened it..

From what I can gather, people think you're weird and have mental problems because you sleep and play with stuffed animals?

I can think of things that are a lot more weird and a whole lot more indicative of mental problems.. Is your hobby unusual? Probably - but as long as it's not hurting anyone else, why should anyone have issues with it?

Exactly what the previous posters say, I totally agree. If you might be a little different, who gives a flip less... you are you and that's what counts. This message board is for EVERYONE and you have a right to post what you want when you want as long as you aren't hurting anyone. So have at it!

I have to sit on the end no matter where i am, I can't sit in between people... does that make me weird? NO! It's just who I am!

Well so far all the posts are looking great That is a good thing ha ha last night I was telling someone that the people on the Dis have been treating me better and that most of the rude people are just on that other disney board called WDWMagic. A lot of people are nice to me on WDWMagic but in a way it seems like its worse over at WDWMagic because its like some of the people don't stop or let up, over here it seems like some of the rude people do let up and stop after a while.

Anyways after I saw some of the posts on another thread of mine today I was like don't tell me that Dis are going to get like WDWMagic now. With the way people are posting on this thread so far it looks like Dis as a whole is not heading in that direction anymore

O by the way I am fine and I am not upset. I just wanted to explain a few things that is all Also this post is not just about me. I mean it is about me yes but I can also be used as an example. You see I am not the only one on earth that is given a hard time because he has hobbies that are different from other people's hobbies.

I think having a mixture of people who are different is good.. Think how boring it would be if everyone was the same and thought exactly the same..

I've read many of your threads, even though I don't think I responded to any of them (maybe 1? I'm not sure). I don't think it's that you're different in having hobbies that most of us don't. I just think you're super sensitive and most people aren't used to that, especially from a man. I don't think there is anything wrong with that, it's just not what I'm used to.

may have been based on a person(s) lack of trust
and/or an inability to accept natural innocence from an adult male.

For the record, I don't think anyone was claiming you have, as you say, "mental problems." People, including myself, were speculating if you had Aspberger's Syndrome or something like it.

Don't worry about it FlowersChild. I think you are just fine the way you are (and I agree with you- there are some pretty rude people on the other board). Just ignore all the rude people here. For each rude person there are a lot more nice people. I feel the same way you do about the characters. I just love seeing them when I'm in Disney. A lot of them are my friends (from my CP). Every trip I have to go character hunting. So you just do what makes you happy.
