Yes, I think so. The poem was written in 1986. It's Contemporary Lit. Here I sit at 11:35 with NOTHING written on my paper, and my eyelids are soooooooooooo heavy. We meet 7 more times, then our final. I'm counting down! I may need another clock in my siggy...LOL! Countdown to end of Lit!!

As usual. Hey, Barry...Suzanne is a FL teacher. Salaries are the pitts! I was going to major in elem. ed. and decided against it for two reasons...1) I don't think I can talk ALL day to a bunch of kids! I need some adult interaction in my day. And 2) The pay stinks! Pin Wizard - Glad you've found your poem, don't know anything about that poet though I have to say. There's a fantastic contemporary British poet called Wendy Cope who really does some 'spot on' 'oh how I can relate to that' poetry. I'll see if I can find some of her good ones to post on here. Here's a short one for now ....

Seems like our list of requirements is growing!! Oh yes, good personality is a must, and yes I suppose in retrospect more important than a sense of humour. As TigerBear says, someone who can make me smile is just as good!!

Life over there the other side of the pond is not very exciting, I am in a position where I have a sitter for tomorrow night and nowhere to go - anyone fancy a night out??! Haven't had my hoped for phone call yet but I still have my fingers and toes crossed - keep them crossed for me too guys, seems your magic worked for Suzanne in her getting her good rate!

Time to do some work now - groan!!

Suzanne- Does Disney Unlimited = Dreams Unlimited?
I've never really had good luck with them. Last time I booked a hotel in Orlando thru them it was very confusing at check-in. The hotel wanted payment but I thought I had already paid when I booked the room. Thank goodness I had the printed confirmation from DU that said I had already paid one night. But they had to call and verify all this which took time. Thank goodness I had time to check-in before MNSSHP and did not have to go through this after at 1 am. It ends up that the payment had never gone through so I did owe the money. Before all that hapened they took a long time to respond to a different quote. I'm so happy I'm staying onsite for MVMCP!

As far as guys go- What matters most is what's on the inside, not looks and money. And it's not how much money they make- instead- are they financially responsible? Because you can make a lot and also spend a lot and be up to your eyeballs in debt. Some people make themselves look really good but their financial lives are a mess.

thats the stuff I fix for me.
when I cook for others I do the good stuff. I just fix what is easy to grab and nuck then run. always quick and simple. also not as many dishes too do. If theres a fire dept. around see if they make a reciepe cook book for sale??? some do the hard thing is most of use don't use receipes and when we try the food is just not the same.

(((Hugs Pebblszzz!))) Here's two shoulders for you. I went through a divorce 3 1/2 yrs ago that ended a 14 yr marriage. It's a tough thing to go through. Cried lots of tears.
But just because you're separated now doesn't mean you'll divorce. You can still get back together after you work things out.
