Only thing I'd change is eating in France. We ate lunch there last December and it wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. It was just a kind of blah and underwhelming meal. With so many other places to choose from, I'd definitely pick somewhere else.

I've gone back and fourth between Le Chef and Via Napoli but, we are having Il Mulino the night before.

Suggestion instead of Le Chef??? :)

Hm. My mom and I both really liked Rose & Crown, I only liked Marrakesh, but I think that's because she would have liked my friend's dish (the beef kebab) more. I also like the bakery in Norway and Sunshine Seasons, even though those are CS. Le Cellier is another good choice for lunch if you can get it.

If you do CS and need another TS for that day, I like to do the Cape May character breakfast on either Epcot or DHS days since you can take the boat right to WS without much fuss. It's a quiet place and the characters spend a lot of time with you.

You might want to switch GFC for Cape May, actually, for that reason, too. LOL GFC breakfast service is much slower than lunch or dinner. If getting to the park at rope drop for TSMM is a concern, I definitely wouldn't eat there. Their lunch and dinner is phenomenal, though.

I haven't eaten at Akershus, but if your dd is into the princesses, that would be a good choice, too.

Our touring plan is usually a big breakfast and then a quick lunch if we need it and then a TS dinner.

Do you have breaks planned for your daughter?

Dining at Disney is never an easy decision - LOL

I really like your ADR's. I'm assuming that you chose Les Chefs de France both for the cuisine AND for the chance to meet Remy? Go for it. While the food is not superb (you would need to do the Bistro for that) it is certainly good enough for a 1 TS lunch. I'll bet you enjoy yourselves there.

I have you have made great selections. My family loves Les Chefs! My daughters think it is one of their favorites, and my youngest was about the age of your daughter when she first tried it. Remy is fun but we love the food and atmosphere as well.

The one I am questioning is your Ohana on the MVMCP night. You will be losing VALUABLE party time to do this one.

I think all of your reservations are great choices.

I agree with the above comment about Ohana and MVMCP.

I personally think that DxDP is a LOT to accomplish in your first visit and trying to tour the parks, especially considering the length of your trip. For example, on your Hollywood studios day, you're not eating anywhere near the studios. I know the food inside the studios is not typically high up on people's lists, but since it is your first trip, why not try 1 of those that interests you and then 1 that is nearby like at Epcot. Don't underestimate the cost in time of this. Also, Your DD 3.5 may be very upset if she sees something in the park that she wants to do and you're telling her you need to leave the park and get on a bus/train/etc to have a sit down dinner. My 3.5 yo loves to eat, too. So I guess I would encourage you to consider moving your choices around to something close to each park.

Perhaps on your HS day, try the Cape May Cafe breakfast and either the Brown Derby or something else in the area that interests you for dinner? And you plan to have park hopper, right, since I see you are hopping on your last day? So maybe dinner at a signature in Epcot--Le Cellier, perhaps?

I know this is not the advice you were looking for as I have not actually been to some of the restaurants you are naming (though I've heard good about them!) I'm just thinking practically what you might enjoy.

I was going to say the same thing. We always do TS for lunch on a party day and do CS for dinner to maximize party time. This year, we are going to MVMCP. We will be in MK during the day and have lunch at LTT. We'll go back to the resort for a rest, then go back to MK for the party. Dinner will probably be at Cosmic Rays.

That's a lot of sit-down dining for a little one, so just make sure that is going to work for your family. I'm sure it works great for some families, but it wouldn't have worked for mine.

Will you have a car? You're doing a lot of bouncing around on your Studios day, which might be time-consuming without a car.

Are you taking mid-day breaks? If you are, that's going to take another big chunk out of each day.

I think your plan looks good without knowing times.
I would also eat in MK if you are doing the party.
I don't think il mulino is on the ddp unless you know that and are paying oop.
FF is near HS, the pp was wrong. The boat is just a little to the left of the restaurant and it's about 15 mins once the boat comes.

ITA. I would not do a TS dinner the night of the party. We always do TS bfast or lunch, midday break, MK around 4 and grab a quick CS, in line for one of the special photo ops by 6:30.

It's so funny that I changed to a mono resort for dinner for the party b/c that's what people told me to do. The 'Ohana is going to be hard to change. That's our MK day so, we'll have most of it done prior to lunch time. We aren't riding anything that she can't enjoy with us so, that limits our ride choices. We'll rest in the afternoon and catch the monorail to the Poly prior to returning for the party.

Our ressie is for 5:15. Perhaps I'll try to change it to about 4:30....thank you guys for the heads up.

As for the DHS-I really don't think we'll spend a huge amount of time there...We'll do a couple of headliners and that's it.

Hahaha-just when you think you got it right.

I think you have great choices, but I do think with a 3.5 yo 1st time visitors the DxDP is going to take a lot of time out f your day. Each TS is about 1-1/5 hours long (if there is no wait to sit down). Add in your travel times (especially if you do not have a car there) and you are looking at 4+ hours out of your day to sit and eat on some days.

We have always done the DDP and even some days I felt like I was sorry leaving the park to go get dinner-and that was not our 1st visit. I am sure no matter what you do you will have a wonderful trip, but I think you have a lot of great choices that could be your nice meal for that day (like CRT, for example).

With a 5:15 ADR at Ohana, you'll probably still be in MK by 7:00 p.m. which is official party time start. It just means you miss the 4:00 entry they allow ticket holders, but since you don't really need that time to ride rides, I'd keep your Ohana ADR.

Did you check Il Mulino? I agree with PP; it doesn't look like it is on the DDP, so you'll have to pay OOP for this one and find more ADRs to fill out your DDP credits.

I think your O'Hana plan is fine. We are also in the MK on our MNSSHP day. We will leave after lunch to "rest" and we have a 6:00 ADR at Tony's. So we will be ready not log after the official start time. We have done this many times and always feel we have plenty of party time. Picking a restaurant on the monorail is a good idea : )
