I give this a 100% chance of user error, but how the heck do I see wait times, LL, ILL, etc. in the app? Where does it live?! We have tickets with Genie+ but they haven’t been activated yet because today is our first day, which I’m guessing is my problem. Does something new show up in the app once we scan in? I am so bad at technology, I should be expelled from the Millennial generation.
