I'm sure that this has been asked a ton of times before but since I'm to lazy to actually look for it, even though I checked the official DDP paper and didn't find my answer....could you tell me if the Blue Zoo is on the DDP

No, it is not. It is inside the Dolphin, and none of the Swan or Dolphin restaurants are on DDP
