I've already said that I would be "in," so here are my three goals...
** Exercise daily for a minimum of 45 minutes, preferably once in the morning (for a shorter amount of time), and one in the evening (a longer walk/jog/etc.).
** Eat meals and snacks planned the night before at planned times only. So often I will reach for something that I don't need just because it is there. If I put myself on a plan, even if it is not the healthiest food, it is in limited quantities.
** Lose 12 pounds, I will post my starting weight on Monday for accuracy.
** Lift the attitude to become a more positive person, including adding more compliments into my conversation, surprising people with positivity, and surprising myself, too!
** Get work done at WORK TIME! So often I procrastinate on my homework, which throws off my schedule for homework, exercise, eating, and ultimately my attitude!!!
I know this is more than three goals, but many of them are interrelated, so I hope that is okay. I think I will need to make myself some little reminder sheets to put on my calendar, in my car, school bag, wallet, etc. I'm excited to meet my goals!
Good luck to all who are in this challenge! What a better way to make the world a more wonderful place to be than to focus on all of this great stuff! This is going beyond fitness and weight loss and into a deeper level of personal health! Thanks Binny for the awesome idea!
