on hold for about 5 minutes got what I wanted- free dining , AS Sports, Preferred- 9/16-9/23 in a preferred location.

I think it went so smoothly because I was just calling to modify my existing reservation that I made back in February.

The CM, Renalda was very helpful.

i would not be nervous, on monday some waited over an hour. i just feel bad since i am on hold because its raining here and i told my dd to go to the bus stop and run in between the rain drops i usually drive her if it is raining. she understands why i can't drive her she freeked out when i told her we were going to disney again, she loves disney so a little rain won't kill her.
