Ok, what should I do? GF or CR?

I've always wanted to stay at the CR, and I finally managed to get a garden wing room after checking almost everyday. BUT its only for 5/6 nights of my trip. So for the one night, I have the GF. But then I looked and it says I can be in the tower MK view for one night also. What should I do?

Should I keep the one night at the GF? Or should I switch it to the tower MK view for one night?

BTW, this will be my first night and I will have a car.

I'm gonna be downgrading pretty much either way, but I thought maybe not leaving the resort may be the easiest.

Why not add the tower room for one night so at least your whole reservation is in one building, then keep checking for that night to come up in garden view.

If it doesn't try this - a few days before you are due to arrive fax the resort and explain what has happened. Tell them you really don't want to switch rooms for the one night and ask if you could have that night in a garden view if possible.

Sometimes, they do have rooms available. I had a similar problem a couple of years ago. I managed to get all the nights I wanted in the Poly but they only had lagoon view and I wanted garden view concierge. I faxed a few days before explaining the situation and that I'd really rather have a concierge view if one became available. And I was able to get one upon check in. It doesn't hurt to try and it will save you the hassle of switching rooms.

I would go with the Contemporary because the Magic Kingdom view is amazing and when you switch to your Garden Wing room you don't need to change Resorts.

Agree with CR Resort Fan 4 Life and Cinderella. The only downside is that you might be disappointed when you move from the Tower to the Garden.
