Ok what is the trick for scrambled eggs??

also add cheddar cheese to them right after I put the eggs in the pan, nice fluffy cheddery eggs.

I thought I was the only one that did that. :D
I personally like adding shredded tex/mex cheese. Yummy! Tobasco also tastes good on them.

Almost forgot to come back and tell you about my eggs this AM.
I beat two with a wire wisk, splased in some heavy whipping cream, got the non stick pan HOT with a little butter then turned down the heat, put in the eggs, kept moving them around from the edges of the pan, grated in some sharp cheddar, cooked 'em slow, just flipped them at the last minute (as they were mostly cooked from the edge pushing technique) added a little fresh ground pepper and ATE them. Really, fluffy and tasty! Thanks for all the tips!

How'd they turn out for the OP?

Ok here is what I did:

Used water NOT milk.
Used lower heat
Tried not to stir them until they set up

They turned out soooo much better than my usual..Thanks Guys!!

However there is still room for improvement and I will be tring the microwave thingy too..seems a bit easier in the clean-up department

Thanks for the tips...I knew I was doing something crazy-wrong!
