Is this ROFR the price that Disney will buy back a re-sale to avoid the "market" price from falling too low relative to the price of points on new sales directly from Disney?
Without really thinking about it, I guess that's pretty good for a seller since that pretty much ensures that your "investment" won't tank too much if you decide you need to sell. On the other hand, I can see easily how prospective buyers could have their "great deal" kyboshed pretty quickly.
