I'm 5 foot 10 and wear a size 11 shoe. It is so hard for me to find cute shoes in my size!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When people ask what size shoe I am - and I tell them size 11, they all gasp "SIZE 11!!! Geez, and I thought my size 9 were huge!" I feel like telling them...."Yes...Ripleys Believe it or not custom makes them and ships them to me on a cargo ship!"

Any other woman out there have monster feet like me? And if so...please tell me where you buy your shoes. :teeth:

got you beat, mine are a size 12...i would love to wear an 11, at least you can actually find those in stores or catalogs, but very rarely 12's....it's either Payless or super expensive for me...

but as my mom says, at 5'11" I'd look funny with little feet, and would probably fall over

ummm well, my flip flops and work shoes are crocs...I plan on buying Land's end water shoes before my next cruise (but they'll have to be mens) or there's a store here in Houston called Brucette's that has a lot of different sizes, but the shoes tend to be a little on the old lady side.....or cloudwalkers from Avenue has 12's and some cute shoes sometimes....

I'm 5'5" and wear a size 9 or 10 depending on what style..plus I wear a wide. I have a really hard time getting shoes, I've actually been ordering them form Lane Bryant (web site I believe is lanebryantcatalog.com) They cost a bit mor, but the fit is nice and you can order what ever width you need. My feet in high school were an 8 1/2 and I used to complain about how big they were...I'd love to be that size now!

My youngest DD is 13, she wears an 8-8 1/2 right now.

by the time I was 11 I was wearing a size 9 shoe, the same size as my mom( who's only 5'5"). she used to tease me that if my feet got any bigger we were going to have to start shopping at transvestite stores :scared1: not exactly something you want to hear in junior high :lmao:

I'm 5'11 and wear a 12 Wide. I really couldn't care less about my shoe size. It is just trying to find cute shoes. And if you can find them in a size 12, they have like a 3 or 4 inch heal on them! I always think, "Do you want to know why size 12s don't sell. Because if I wear a 12 I am already very tall and I don't need another half of a foot added to my height! If they would make some cute stylish low heel and flats, someone could make a fortune selling shoes. I usually get mine at Payless. When we had a Pic N Pay, they had a lot of cute shoes. Payless is getting better about getting different styles and colors. For a while they only carried blacks, blues and browns.

Well I have Hobbit feet and Evil toes(So said my Dr.) :teeth: Size 81/2 or 9 and eeee wide! I actually had a shoe salesman measure my feet for some dress shoes and look up at me and say" You have got to be kidding me...I cann't help you" :rotfl2:

You need to come to Wisconsin 2 of my 14 yr old DD's friends wear size 11 and they seem to have a lot of shoes. All the stores around here have 11's and most have 12's

I'll gladly trade you I have the opposite problem very small feet I wear a ladies 4 or a girls 2 1/2 or 3. Try finding one of those sizes ok for a middle aged lady. Its even getting hard to find sneakers since even reebok likes to put sparkles on most of their styles and crocs are way too wide.

Right there with ya! I'm 5'11" and wear size 10. Finding shoes can be hard, but the real problem is that I'm a dancer, and finding dance shoes to fit is HARD!

I wear size 10 or 11. depends on the shoe. I always buy my tennis shoes at Wal-mart. I don't remember the brand name but they cost 9.97. the only problem I have ever had was being out of stock. Even my doctor now tells people to buy them since they are so comfortable and supportive.

I'm size 10 wide....size 11 in a running shoe!

I feel your pain.

I tried on a cute pair of shoes once---my feet looked like they were wearing canoes.

I'm only 5'5"---I guess I didn't drink all my milk or something. We have no explanation for my feet.

I have good luck with Old Navy.

And funny enough--2 separate times at Gap--they had exactly one pair of shoes left on clearance for $6.97 and they were my size. I felt so special!

Also--I cannot wear a taper toe (those pointy shoes!). So dress shoes that don't look like something granny would wear are a problem. I finally found strappy shoes with a wide toe by Unlisted brand. I do need a new pair. but they only come out at holiday time :(.

I cannot shop Payless. Their shoes will kill my feet.

Ooo,that's gotta hurt. I have rectangular feet--they are shaped like size 9 shoeboxes. I want to sing "Clementine". Shoe shopping is torture. The only shoes that I can currently wear are my Birks and my New Balance.
