I guess in my extreme desire not to spend too much money in Disney, I have blocked out the locations of stores

For the Picnic in the Park meal, it says to place your order outside the Island Mercantile store. Is this the store right where they have you wait for rope drop? Looks like it on the map, but stores aren't specifically marked.

I never go to rope drops so I don't have any idea where you are supposed to wait, but the Island Mercantile is the first store on the left as you approach the Tree of Life. The ordering counter is behind the pin cart.
