im going to wdw in september and i just want to know, is the tower of terror as scary as they make it look like in the video???

no, it's not that scary. You actually sit down and have a seatbelt.

It's a lot of fun.

it's not scary...depending on what car you get...you either get a lap bar or a seatbelt. It's a lot more fun that it is scary and the new sequences they put in are the best ever!

Ive been to WDW three times now and im goin again in about a month. Ive been on every scary ride at WDW but for some reason I always get too scared to go on Tower of Terror.

If any1 of you are english or have been to the Uk you will probably have heard of 'Oblivion' at Alton Towers theme park. I have been on that twice and i just wondered if any1 has been on both and which one they thought was the scariest.

I think I'll have to conquer my fears this year and go on Tower of Terror.............hopefully i'll be here to tell the tale in a few months time

Oblivion is a LOT more scarier than TOT.

Tower of Terror is the best ride in all WDW! It is not like this for all people but for my I dont get the "just kicked in the stomach" feeling on this, like I do on roller coasters. You should be fine. For me the pre-show is scarier than the drop and its not even that scary!

It's really not scary at all! I think you should just go for it because you may regret it later if you didn't go on it. Hope ya have fun!

I'm glad they put in new sequences but Iused to be able to know when they were going to drop it. I had the whole ride memorized! Oh well I can't wait to go on it now! It's not that scary. It's the best ride at WDW!

It's not scary. I've been on it so much this year, it's boring. Maybe the thrill will return my next trip.

I thought the TOT was scary! I was on with my little sister and grabbed onto the guy next to me! ( His girlfriend wasnt too happy when she saw the picture!) But I wanted to go on it just to see if I would like it and if I would go on it again. I didnt like it and i probably wont go on it again. I used to be really scared of all the rides but now i have gone on every ride in Disney World FL. and I have come across some that I have not liked but I have loved many of them!
