Ok, now Tusker House doesn't exist??

According to the online reserv system this morning - it said this restaurant either doesn't exist or does not take reservations. Hmm Does that mean they are adding new times/dates or what??

When I tried this weekend to get Dec 17 there was nothing after 10:20 but at least it didn't say doesn't exist! I thought I read threads last week which seemed other people were having trouble especialy with lunches there also.

Anyway I am rather psyched I got everything else I wanted for our Dec 15 - 22 trip including the coveted Brown Derby fantasmic package and Le Cellier dinner. Now only waiting for Cand Proc pkgs.

Thats odd.
Out of curiosity, I just did a Res search for Dec 17th, breakfast. For 3 people. Came up with 8:40, 9:15, and 9:40 available. Maybe the system was just in a funk.

Oops I am looking for a lunch. But I can see it listed again - only with a 10:20. I searched for 11:30 - odd

Ohhh, hehe. Well that stinks! But like you said, at least you got some of the "hard 2 get" reservations! Lucky you!

Glad to know I am not the only one with this problem. I think it is a glitch in the system. A month or so ago I tried everyday for 2 weeks trying to make a lunch ressie at Tuskers for our Nov trip....nothing....it had breakfast and dinner but never any lunch times. Then 1 day last week I tried again and voila....any day, any time was available so I booked. Then we decided we might change days so I went in this week and there was nothing for lunch there any of the 14 days we will be there....the amazing disappearing Tusker House!

It does seem to be a glitch. I did try calling once and that didn't work either. I have almost 6 months to figure it out - hopefully it won't take that long - haha

What I wonder is - Does Disney know this glitch exists? Are they unaware of it or do they know and haven't fixed it due to a back-log of issues/ under staffing or whatever? Is this system so complex that they can't fix it? Seems to be multiple issues like this - some more explainable like the holding of reserv for CP packages

It would be nice if there was some way to report this type of glitch.

Anyway back to regular programming. I was impressed with Tusker House when we ate lunch there last fall, so I will keep trying.
