OK MLK weekend or Feb10 weekend?

Ok we get the military deal and we areflordia residents BUT my Husband has never been to wdw sooo for christmas Im gonna put together a small package of arriving late Friday and leaving Sunday night sometime is Jan/ Feb is there a weekend that is less crowed than others? was goona do epcot and mk for sure? I havd done it all in past so this is about him . thanks BTW would datona effect crowds?

We always visit WDW in Jan and Feb. FYI, January we are always cold, it's always raining. BUT we don't care as we love WDW.

February can be crowded esp around presidents week.
