Hows life in BC?


I was in Eastern BC last month, passing through on the way to Calgary. Had to take the scenic route through Golden becaue there was a bad accident past Radium.

Well, Chinese New Year is big around here. At least half of Vancouver and all of Richmond is Chinese. We are having a band concert next week celebrating Scottish music with a bagpiper and Scottish Dancers. My concert band is putting this on in honour of Robbie Burns Day. My husband is late for some reason and I'm just waiting to pick up DS from a dance in 10 minutes.

HI ...Dh is in Nevada @ Nellis afb.... I think he's probably at the casino's right now.. he doesn't have to fly tonight and told me that's where the guys are hangin ..... He's not much of a gambler tho..he tells me he hates it..LOL ..guess that is a good thing huh? He also told me two of his co-workers won some money the other night....one got $1000 the other got $500....

I know how it is.... I use to be up all hours of the night...mostly lurking on the boards..I just recently started work..now I'm usually knocked out by 11......But tonight I shall stay up with Binny

It was just getting into Chicago that took some doing apparently. Glad you made it home safe.

He was delayed 2 hours+. Im watching the site to see if they think he will be in sooner but it isnt looking good. UGH an hour and a half to go...
