OK...Its Sunday Morning

7:30am and I've been laying on the couch with heat and now ice on my back since 5:30 since I'm in soo much pain....

But the best part is...I went to find breakfast....could have easily picked cereal or poptarts (my fav)....but I endured the pain and cooked a couple of eggs.....YIPPEEE!!!!


So, my hangover from my 2 beers (haven't been having much beer lately) last night was really minor to the hangover I've gotten lately from Cookies and icecream....If I could continue to remember how yucky I feel....

Kimball - i'm soooo sorry to hear about your back pain! have you seen that doc yet? Are you at the very least taking some kind of anti-imflammatory faithfully? Like Aleve. I don't know if that will help much if it's muscular though

Anyhow, I'm sooooo with you on feeling yucky after "treating" myself to something illegal! My plan is to read my journal when those cravings hit to remember just how that big old brick feels in my stomach! I need to remember to do that, last night would've been a good time to start!

Kim, I'm sorry you are still feeling so bad, I think the weather has something here that is definetely NOT HELPING us at all, I woke up to a sore throat and my sinuses are killing me, which means a sinus infection is in the works.
Do you want to move to Florida? I'm ready, I can pick you up on the way down . I have had it with this weather!
