Sure you can. Just go to the Cruise board and you can see who's cruising when you are and you can always meet for a drink to say hello.

Alot of people set up meets...check the Dis Meets thread here...I'm trying to set one up for May...other than that every time I've gone hasn't worked out to meet others.
