I was also told no savannah rms at AKL. I upgraded my ressie to deluxe savannah for a few $'s less than what I was paying for just savannah with AAA rate.

I got Poly GV at $250 incl. tax.

My lady put me back on hold, I could kill her. She says there are no AP rates avail for GF for 12/4-12/8. This sucks. I asked her if GF is not included and she said she did not know. I am so sick right now. And have been put back on hold for 5 min. Oh well.

I just talked to really nice lady. She said there AP rates out for all of Oct. My trip is for the 14-25, and of course no rates available. Did anyone get AP rates for this time period? If so which number did you call.

I'm going 10/29, I don't think the October AP rates start until 10/31. I'm really thinking of staying elsewhere, but I had my heart set on WL.
Anyone knw what the public codes will be.

Yes AP rates are avail. You just got the wrong booking jockey. I use 1-800-828-0228 and I just booked 4 nights in Oct. with an AP rate. I was on hold ONE HOUR!

I just called (8:15 am), was only on hold for 10 minutes, I was able to change ressie at AS Movies (preferred view) to $78.00 per night, 10/2 - 10/5. No AP discount was available for BC, YC, or Boardwalk for 10/5 - 10/10.

I went through CRO and had no trouble, and I called three times. First two calls were before I knew about EWP. Last call scored Poly GV for $229/night.

We had changed all my days to AP rate (day by day - the final night I had to get in another room) and as she was getting to the screen to give me my conf #, the computer froze. She took my phone number to call me back. I am so afraid I won't get it now! I have called back, and have been on hold since 7:50 (43 mins).

I called the 800 # and was on hold for 20 mins., once DH got into his office, I asked him to try as well and he got in right away w/out holding! (He tried 800 # also).

He's still on the phone w/ the CM (keeping me posted via MSN Messenger )....and POR for our dates 10/16-18 are all gone. He asked her to check again, and she found an upgrade (water view) for the 2 ngts at $221. total incld. tax. (Orig. $144 per ngt for standard).

Then for our Dec. trip, he was only able to get $40 off per nght for the GF conceirge...which is better than nothing! WOO HOO!!
