ok, i give up

somebody tell me how to do multiple quotes.:confused3

Click the little quote marks "+ (to the immediate right of the regular Quote button) on EACH post you want to quote in your reply.

On the last quote of the group, first click the little quote marks "+, AND then, click on the
regular Quote button.

All of the quotes you marked will pop up together in a single new Reply.

that one is easy just click the quote button on the bottom right and then type your comment right after the QUOTE in caps.

Just hit the Quote button at the lower-right corner of the post you want to quote.

A new post window will pop up for you with the quote already in it ready for you to add your comments.

On the topic of quotes, one thing I have never been able to figure out in over nine years I have been here is when a poster, making the first reply on a thread, quotes the original poster. :confused3 You don't see it too often, but I have seen it done here by some for years. It's not like there is any confusion as to whom is being replied to, LOL.

Thanks Robo! Whenever I have done multiple quotes, I have cut and pasted the 2nd, 3rd, etc. quotes and then added in the
etc, to make them into quotes with the names... What a lot of time. :lmao: I always wondered what the "+ was...

Thanks so much...:thumbsup2

Thanks Robo! I learned a new trick!!! ;)

Just practicing! Thanks for the help. How do you quote just part of a reply?

I also did not know about the light under the name to see if someone is online! Who knew???

I hit "quote" then I highlight and delete any part I don't want.

The OP can always edit the opening post. I've seen a few threads where the second post didn't seem to make sense based on the current version of the "first" post.
